I know there s probably gonna be a minor difference. But a lot of you want to know. Which one is faster overall so that s what we re gonna be trying to find out in this video.
So let s get straight to it i put this both on the table. And i m gonna be impressing them at the same time from these standby screens and let s see what happens and here you can see that the iphone 6s plus actually unlocked but the samsung galaxy s7 edge didn t now this goes to show that the iphone 6s plus actually does read the fingerprint faster than the samsung galaxy s7 pretty much instantly as soon as you press the home button so what i m gonna be doing for the next test is actually leaving my thumb on the home button ever so slightly longer to see..
Which one unlocks fast. So let s go ahead. And do this three two one and here you can see that the s7 edge did unlock faster so although you have to place your finger on the s7 edge slightly. Longer it does unlock faster now i know if you re gonna be saying.
All the animation on the iphone 6s plus. Does slow this down so i went ahead and switched off animations on both devices to test this out one last time and here..
You can see that the s7 edge. Did unlock faster with both animations switched off as well so to conclude it seems like the iphone 6s plus. Does have a faster reader for the fingerprint. But takes a little bit longer to unlock whereas.
The s7 edge. Even though you do have to place your finger or thumb on the home button slightly longer it does unlock quicker..
So it s really gonna come down to your personal preference. Which is better i don t think there s really much in it at all this was just a very quick video to show you guys the differences here. So. There you have it just a very quick test.
