Keeper of the Fortress of Doom
An idol presides over the throne room from on high. This stylised rendition of Dr Chaotica presents him as a fierce, angular and demonic creature with opaque eyes.

Dr Chaotica's throne
The seat of authority is suitably grand and regal for the megalomaniac.

Throne room
Dr Chaotica mercilessly rules Planet X and his subjects from within this room inside the Fortress of Doom. It is from here that he monitors events outside and fashions his fiendishly cunning plans. An atmosphere of total evil pervades the throne room.

Crest of Chaotica
The crest represents Chaotica's vision of existence in black and white lightning strikes and the stars that make up his empire.

Death Ray
The crowning glory of evil weaponry within the Fortress of Doom. Nowhere else on Planet X, or perhaps in the entire universe, does such an dreadful instrument of slaughter exist (destroys photonic lifeforms only).

Communications device
The communications system projects Dr Chaotica's image. The mircrophone wired into it transmits his devious and ominous voice over the airwaves, even as far as Earth.

Cradle of Persuasion
A fiendish device, this rotates 90° from horizontal to vertical depending on whether the Doctor (or, as he likes to be known, His Majesty) wants his victims standing or prostrate or any angle in between. Victims are strapped to the Cradle of Persuasion so that they cannot escape despite their pitiful struggles. If the prisoner survives the Cradle of Persuasion, the ruthless Dr Chaotica will either have them executed, thrown into the Dungeon of Pain, or sent to labour in the Mines of Mercury.

Brain Probe
The brain probe is used to extract information and confessions from even the most recalcitrant prisoners. If a prisoner survives the Brain Probe, the merciless Dr Chaotica will either have them executed, thrown into the Dungeon of Pain or sent to labour in the Mines of Mercury.

Main entrance
This consists of two large doors. When thrown open they present to a visitor a grand and imposing view of the throne room as they enter for an audience with "His Majesty" Dr Chaotica.
