To troubleshoot this screen server issue. We first need to unplug any external devices like like usb or any external hard drive try unplugging all the devices and see if in server works or not the next thing is to see if we can update the windows press windows s key and then type windows update click on check for updates and check for updates you should be able to see a button. Which says check for updates now or it may all it may be already checking for the updates.
If it is scheduled or there are some pending updates in the last restart. So let it check for updates.
Install all the updates. Which are available. You might need to restart your computer.
A couple of times. Keep updating your computer or printing system.
As long. As you are getting any kind of updates in the in this window. The next thing to try is to restart.
Once the updates are done now click on start and search for power options once your if you have typed this you should see power and start up a power option in power option click on change plan. Whichever is selected selected balanced or performance.
You should be able to see a link saying change plan settings in front of it so click on change plan settings in change plan settings click on restore default setting for this plan and then choose yes you will need to restart your computer. And then check. If the issue is resolved.
