And you feel so much better afterwards. It was invented when people had leg injuries and couldnt exercise and you could still get your heart rate up you can move in the water. Like you cant move on land and it just makes you feel so good afterwards.
The water is very forgiving. And its also a lot cooler than working on land.

There is a different feel at this way i feel like its very accepting and comfortable for all abilities and ages. Im from the very young to the older folks that come i really love it its actually. Its my second home a second home with a pretty cool pool full of friends reporting for sports story sunday.
